10:10 is an innovative wellbeing resource to help children and young people discover how to live differently and find their best life.
10 themes built on spirituality and positive psychology give 11–17 year-olds the opportunity to explore different ideas around happiness and the art of living life well.
30+ hours of adaptable content
Take the materials and adapt it for classrooms, youth clubs, assemblies, after-school clubs and more
-
Everything you need to know to run the course is packed into this guide: background theory for each topic, lesson plans and more
-
Each theme in 10:10 is supported by two films: a creative film that helps to frame the subject matter, and a film of short interviews with experts.
You can watch two of the films below.
-
An important part of 10:10 is enabling young people to try out ideas for themselves, to see what works, reflect on their experiences and discuss them as a group.
We suggest 20-30 experiments for each theme that young people can try in their own time.
-
Discussion is a key part of 10:10, as such we have created a set of question cards to accompany the course. This pack is a great way to get young people more involved in asking and answering questions.
-
We have created a Powerpoint for each theme, enabling you to deliver 10:10 with minimal work.
Each presentation contains key teaching points, embedded videos and more
