Sometimes we don’t need to do more to be happier. If we slow down and give ourselves time to savour the experiences we go through, we can learn to appreciate what we already have.
Dwelling too much on the past, overfilling our daily lives with too many activities or thinking too much about the future can easily rob us of the joy to be found in the present moment.
